Driving Directions and Cancellation Policy

From GCM Airport to the Condo

  • Head west on Roberts Dr. toward Breezy Way.
  • Turn Left onto Dorcy Dr.
  • Slight Left onto Crewe Rd.
  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Crewe Rd.
  • Slight left toward Crewe Rd.
  • Slight left onto Crewe Rd.
  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Crewe Rd.
  • AT the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Shamrock Rd.
  • Keep right to continue on East-West Arterial Rd.
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on East-West Arterial Rd.
  • At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Shamrock Rd.
  • Turn left onto Condor Rd.
  • Slight Right onto Bodden Town Bypass
  • Turn left onto Bodden Town Rd.
  • Turn left onto Frand Sound Rd.
  • Continue onto North Side Rd.
  • Continue onto Rum Point Dr
  • Destination will be on the right.
Driving Tips
  • Drive on the left!!
  • You’ll be traveling counterclockwise around the island.
  • Nearly all of your turns will be to the left.
  • Follow signs for East End Districts and then North Side.
  • Stop for groceries at Grand Harbour or Savannah on way to condo.

If you have a late afternoon flight and we do not have a same day arrival, you are welcome to stay until it’s time to catch your flight. Just let us know.

Cancellation Policy

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.  Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater.

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.  Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.  This money will only be returned if the rental unit gets another reservation for that same time.  However, this money will be applied to a future rental.

Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.  You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.
